Cindy the "Media Darling"

I saw the images today from the debacle that IS "Jihad" Cindy Sheehan and her fellow Sheehanites.

(see Michael Malkin today for her latest Flickr site photos of the protest - Video at Bare Knuckle Politics)

It pains me
that these officers had to actually go "hands on" with her to get her in custody. I hope they got to go to a portable decontaminating shower after this incident. Her smile tells me everything (and something else I don't want to picture) I need to know about what this means to her. This is the moment she's been waiting for. Even after her 15 minutes of fame have expired, she's FINALLY gotten the photo op she's wanted! The fascist pig cops of D.C. are repressing her rights to "free speech." Maybe Martha Stewart can give her a few "helpful hints" about how to spruce up her jail cell! (Then somebody needs to do an Ambush Makeover, for God's sake, because she needs help!)

Ever since she was first down in Crawford, TX, she said she only wanted to meet with the President; that if he would meet with her, she would quietly go away and "all of this would stop." Well, that was a crock, and everybody knew it. If Pres. Bush would have had daily tea with her during her weeks of the "Occupation of Crawford," it would have still turned out the same. Plus, we would have gotten some kind of hidden-camera exclusive of her berating the President, all the while he would have to have sat there and bit his lip.

No, that's not really what Cindy wanted. She told Chris Matthews (and others) on MSNBC's "Hardball" that it would be in her best interest if the President did NOT meet with her. In her exact words, she said "it would diffuse some of the momentum we have going here." So all of this hooey of her followers and Hollyweirdos who kept asking "Why won't Bush just meet with her?" was AND is a load of cow squeeze.

It's reported that as Cindy was being handcuffed today, her myrmidons were chanting "THE WORLD IS WATCHING, THE WORLD IS WATCHING!" Yes, I'm sure Musab Al Zarqawi WAS glued to his satellite TV and cheering, as surely this woman will "crush the infidel, Bush!" Both Zarqawi and Jihad Cindy live in a fantasy land that is inhabited by a strange mix of creatures. They seem to get a lot of sad, lonely, nothing-else-to-do people to follow their mantra blindly, and ultimately to their own demise. It's already circulating today that Cindy's selfishness about the hurricanes getting more limelight than she is, is beginning to rub even some of the most leftist websites the wrong way (the DailyKos, as reported by MichelleMalkin.com). They have been allowing her to post, but even there, she's wearing out her welcome. We all knew this would happen if we just laid back and waited.

Funny how just before this rally began this past Saturday, all the notable Democrats in D.C. left town for "other commitments," while only some members of the Black Political Caucus, Georgia's own little jihadist, Cynthia McKinney, and Jesse Jackson remained to castigate the majority of America who support the troops, our President, and this country. (Yes, I said "majority." And don't try to feed me any B.S. , either, about what the polls show, because polls merely reflect people's opinions & beliefs based on what they see in the mainstream media... and we ALL know how fair the alphabet stations can be! That's too much to even be classified as a "margin of error!")

I tried to watch the event of Saturday, but listening to Cindy squeal into the microphone in her sycophantic, nasal, whiny tone about how evil and emperialistic this country is, reminded me too much of some of Hillary's recent screaming diatribes on the Senate floor, that my stomach wouldn't tolerate too much of it. Both women are shrill, obnoxious, and their rants are akin to fingers being slowly drug down on a chalkboard.

Now of course you Libs are going to bash me for saying this... I watched the Pro-America rally on Sunday, and it was a breath of fresh air. The speakers had positive, upbeat things to say about this country, and the majority of them had or have had personal experience in the growth of this nation as a free nation; either by fighting for this country, or having lost loved ones in the fight for Freedom. It was especially wonderful to see several Iraqi citizens get up to speak and talk about how much they owed their lives to our brave men & women who have served, and some who gave the ultimate sacrifice. They promised that our sacrifices will not be in vain, and that President Bush is a "great man" for having the strength to stand up against Saddam Hussein.

Most on the Left do not understand the historic significance of the Iraqi people getting to vote (http://adamkeiper.blogs.com/compare video/files/Iraq_Election.wmv), because all of their lives, the Left has had the right to vote, while our annual turnout for elections is shamefully low. It's obvious that all Americans take this privilege for granted, but the Iraqis showed us how proud we should be to HAVE this right. They actually outdid us in percentages - and all under the threat of being kidnapped then having their heads sawn off to be broadcast on Al Jazeera! (And the Dems in this country say that poor black people are "disenfranchised" and being kept from the polls because they have to show photo IDs??? What a load of crap that is! Try voting under the threat of death! Now that is TRUE "voter disenfranchisement," yet they did it in SPITE of the odds; not BECAUSE of the odds!)

I can't say it any better than did G. Gordon Liddy yesterday.. he said that if Cindy truly believes that "this country is not worth dying for, why doesn't she go over to North Korea" and see if Kim Jong "Lunatic" will put up with that load of crap? I dare say if she did that, no journalist would even be able to find her to stick a microphone and/or camera in her face. Maybe that's where the saying "dead men tell no tales" comes from... ??

For what else is it a fight? Do you not have any understanding of the significance that the Iraqi people have voted in their first free democratic election, with the next one up-coming in December? This hasn't been done in DECADES! Under Saddam's rule, his name was the only one on the supposed "ballot," so that explains exactly why he always won with 100% of the votes!

I could go on and on about the good things that are happening and HAVE happened in Iraq that would have NEVER happened under Saddam, but I'll just provide you with a link to peruse at your own pace. It's quite lengthy (oh, yes, there's LOTS of good news), but I think you should take the time to read it..

By the way, you should do a Google search and find out the number of Iraqis out there now in the blogosphere saying and emoting WHATEVER THEY WANT! Do you think that would have even been ALLOWED under Saddam?

The seed of democracy that has been planted in Iraq is what's causing the other Islamofascist countries around it to have nightmares! Qadaffi knew what he had coming if he didn't surrender his nukes, and Iran & N. Korea are only threatening MORE because they're TERRIFIED their masses will rise up and demand the same freedoms their Iraqi neighbors have!

You, my friend, may not be blind, but you truly do not see.
